I am Richard Halpern, the top celebrity impersonator of Austin Powers in the biz, and that is one of my promo pics. I am honored to see it constantly showing up in different places online, with people innocently mistaking it for the real deal, ha ha! I always try to leave a disclaimer when these are brought to my attention.
