OK, it's more like two months, but like Christmas, All Hallow's Eve seems to come earlier and earlier each year.This year, trick or treat season starts this Friday with the release of Rob Zombie's reboot of Halloween. Based on John Carpenter's classic slasher film (the one that started it all thirty years ago), the new film delves deeper into the origins of Michael Myers, played as an adult by X-Men's Tyler Mane. Malcolm McDowell co-stars as Dr. Loomis, the role created by Donald Pleasence in the original.
