The list includes such "sword and sandal" sirens as Sybil Danning, Brigitte Nielsen and, naturally, Sandahl Bergman, plus a bevy of Bond babes and even Cate Blanchett's rapier wielding Commie dominatrix in this year's Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.
When all is said and done, two (or rather three) films dominate this exhaustive listing: Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon and the two volumes of Kill Bill. No surprise there as this trio certainly packs in the swordplay ... not to mention the themes of female empowerment; you go girl.
