Has it been announced yet who is performing? Hopefully not another no talent diva like Jessica Simpson a year or two ago. They need to get someone GOOD to honor Barbra.

They haven't announced anybody yet, keep an eye here for updates.

They should get Linda Eder. She always reminds me of Barbra.

I've heard rumors that Idina Menzel and possibly Mariah Carey will be on hand to perform for Barbra. And before you diss on Mariah - okay, she's not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but she's got some pipes.

Idina is a good choice, but Mariah ... ;P

I missed the Kennedy awards show that aired on Dec 7. CanI purchase the DVD somewhere?

Sorry, as far as I know, they don't release the programs on DVD, likely due to music rights issues.

I sure would like to know why Chris Cornell's performance of "Won't Get Fooled Again" was cut from the televised show. There's never been an explanation nor have I been able to find a video clipe of that performance.

What a shame. It was said he and David Grohl brought the house down with their performances.
