Welcome to February, a month that brings about celebrations of love, patriotism, black history and (most importantly around here) cinematic excellence. That's right, the Academy Awards are fast approaching, and our annual Movie Dearest Calendar Wallpaper salute to the Oscars this year shines the spotlight on the Best Foreign Language Film.
World cinema has been honored by the Academy since 1947, with awards going to the films of such directorial greats as Almodóvar, Bergman, Buñuel, De Sica, Fellini and Kurosawa and from countries from all corners of the globe.
