Every high school has their outsiders (you know, "geeks, waistoids, dweebies", et al), but in teen movies from Sixteen Candles to Mean Girls, they have always been relegated to the sidelines.That is not the case with Fat Girls, the new indie comedy written, directed and starring the insanely young Ash Christian, where the misfits are front and center. Christian plays a gay teen who, along with his plump BFF Sabrina (Ashley Fink), endure the trials and tribulations we all went through in those insane times known as "the high school years".
