Leading lady/playwright unparalleled Charles Busch is now the queen of Off-Broadway with the acclaimed debut of his Die Mommie Die! The lovingly campy salute to those silver screen melodramas where a tough dame will do anything to get a break was made into a hoot of a movie a few years back, but it was a play first ... it just took awhile to make it to New York.The production, which will be performed at New World Stages through February 17, also stars current As the World Turns gay boy Van Hansis as gay boy Lance, Ashley Morris as bitchy daughter Edith and Chris Hoch as the studly Tony Parker.
