Concluding the transfer from screen to stage of all three of what I call the "80's dance movie F trilogy", Flashdance will soon be following in the leg-warmered footsteps of Fame and Footloose to become a full-fledged theatrical musical.No word yet if their Alex will be played by multiple dance doubles like Jennifer Beals' was.
