Book writers Mark O'Donnell and Thomas Meehan (who won the Tony for Hairspray) are back, with a score by Adam Schlesinger (of Fountains of Wayne and That Thing You Do! fame) and David Javerbaum that includes such ditties as "The Anti-Polio Picnic", "Watch Your Ass", "I'm Infected" and "Baby Baby Baby Baby Baby (Baby Baby)" (I love it already). Mark Brokaw directs, with Rob Ashford (another Tony winning Millie alum) providing all the rockin' 'n rollin' dances.
The musical celebrated its world premiere earlier this week at the La Jolla Playhouse in preparation for a Broadway bow next spring, just in time for some more Tonys. (And a virtual Tony Award to whoever can spot the reference to a Tony Award-winning musical in the picture above.)

We have a winner! And yes, he has that young John Stamos thing going on.
Too late the phalathrope?
Your question asked for the name of the Tony-winning musical. Ergo the correct answer is Les Miserable. Additionally it is correctly spelled Jean Valjean, bye the bye. Back to you Trebek.
Oh I forgot, I am very interested in prison sex. F*** he's hot.
Insideguy, you're so naughty. :)
You asked for the name..wah wah wah...you spelled it wrong..wah wah wah. Geez, sometimes I hate the internet. Kirby, I am enjoying your site. Keep up the good work!
